Started with ADECO (A&D ERFOLG SAFETY CONSULTING) & PT ADECO G3S ASEAN in 2014 and in 2017 respectively. REALSAFE TRAINING CENTRE (RTC) in 2021 evolved and they are both training and consultancy company that promotes Safety and Health, Fire Safety and Environmental training.  Our primary focuses are meeting legislative requirements and relevant standards and at the same time empowering organization with the knowledge in understanding to manage Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) onshore and offshore. 

RTC provides and conduct OPITO Approved Courses at RTC Training Facility and also conduct Other Safety Trainings for Marine, Oil and Gas Industry tailored to client’s needs in various venues and deilvery methods including onsite training at the client’s premises, onboard vessels, and online training.
